Once a concept is approved, the designer begins to refine and develop the design. This involves selecting specific materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories that align with the design concept.
Detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings may be created to visualize the proposed design more accurately.

Implementation and Construction
With materials and furnishings on hand, the construction and implementation phase begins. This may involve various activities such as painting, installation of flooring, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, and furniture placement.
